在異地反覆更換住處時，藝術家時常經歷對於空間感知的錯亂，在記憶中習慣的景色與現實陌生的場景重疊之際，彷彿有個安適的寓所存在，一個由經驗中深刻的景物所搭建且參雜著對於現實期待的地方。由於無法到達卻又不停地想像、指認與辨別，藝術家暫且稱這個地方為遠處。此件作品試圖尋找、測量並搭建那個遠處，為一個建構之中卻未完成的狀態。 

In frequently relocating to a new residence, the artist often experiences confusion taking in a foreign space. A place of comfort composed of memorable experiences and expectations for the present emerges as the familiar scenery from memory overlaps with the unfamiliar reality. The artist sees this faraway place somewhere unreachable but constantly imagines and identifies. The work aims to seek, measure, and actualise this place of an ever-changing state.
