藝術家在荷蘭廚房打工的期間，負責像這樣一座擺滿調理盆的不鏽鋼流理臺，排列、移動、清洗、重新排列⋯⋯。伴隨著刺耳的金屬碰撞聲，這座整齊或不規則排列的檯面，是在當下場域裡，屬於藝術家的版圖。在框架內自由排序，如同戰略遊戲，可以將自己的版圖重新規劃，這是藝術家在餐廳廚房度日如年時得以暫時抽離的想像。遊戲手冊內有不同的排列關卡，觀眾可自行破解。在破解過程中，嘗試性地放置與移動，如同移居者在異地生活中，採取不同的策略來協商界線與認同。

During the artist’s time working in a kitchen in the Netherlands, she was responsible for a stainless steel workstation filled with preparation bowls—arranging, moving, washing, and rearranging them repeatedly. Accompanied by the harsh clashing of metal, this neatly or irregularly arranged surface became the artist’s personal territory within that space. Within the given framework, she could freely organize the layout, much like a strategy game, allowing her to mentally reconfigure her domain—an imagined escape from the monotonous passage of time in the restaurant kitchen.

The game manual includes various arrangement challenges for the audience to solve. Through the process of trial and error—placing and moving objects—the game echoes the experiences of migrants who adopt different strategies to negotiate boundaries and identity in an unfamiliar land.
