從藝術家個人的遷徙與打工經驗出發，在她不定時寄回家鄉的包裹中，或是在搬家時所攜帶的裝著零散物件的紙箱中，彷彿都帶著一種對於未來的寄託。跨越國界的遷移者生活在多重時空座標中，在原鄉與現實、現在與未來之間游移。這些裝載著實質或抽象物件的包裹，是由現階段勞動所賺取與貯存的、給予未來自己的禮物。

將包裹散置於空間中，整理並將物品歸位，也像是遷移者緩慢定位自己的過程：不太確定地聚焦於某物，在似懂非懂的語言與場域中重新形塑自己的認知。

Drawing from the artist’s personal experiences of migration and labor, the parcels she occasionally sent back home—or the cardboard boxes filled with scattered belongings during relocations—seem to carry a sense of hope for the future. Migrants who cross borders exist within multiple temporal and spatial coordinates, constantly shifting between homeland and present reality, between the now and the future.

These parcels, containing both tangible and abstract objects, are gifts to the artist’s future self—earned and stored through the labor of the present. Scattered throughout the space, the act of sorting and placing these items mirrors the slow process of a migrant finding their place: tentatively focusing on certain objects, reshaping understanding within unfamiliar languages and environments, negotiating a sense of belonging in the in-between.
